At Sumbul Naimat, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. We are committed to ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

As a general policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, in the rare event of a genuine quality issue, we offer a conditional exchange, subject to review and approval by our quality control team.

For orders placed via credit card or bank transfer, modifications or cancellations may be requested within 48 hours of placing the order.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or quality concern, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once your concern is submitted, our quality team will carefully assess the issue and respond accordingly. Upon review, we may offer an exchange or store credit in cases where a genuine fault is identified.
